2. Initial conversation

If selected, you'll be invited to a phone interview or microsoft teams chat with one of our recruitment specialists. this conversation is to ensure that your goals align with what we’re offering and expecting.

3. First interview

You'll meet with the hiring line manager to discuss your skills, knowledge, and experience, giving both you and epson the opportunity to determine if the job is the right fit. the interviewer will also provide more details about the job, department, function, and organisation, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

4. Second interview

Interviews are typically conducted on-site at one of our locations or remotely via microsoft teams, led by the recruitment specialist and hiring line manager. this interview allows us to evaluate your suitability for the job in more detail while giving you the chance to showcase your skills, knowledge, and experience through a competency interview and activity like a presentation or case study. you may also be asked to complete online ability assessments.

5. Offer of employment

The successful candidate will be contacted by a recruitment specialist to share and discuss the offer details and outline the next steps leading up to onboarding.

6. Onboarding

Our local hr team will get in touch with you to guide you through your onboarding journey, ensuring you have the equipment, resources, and system access needed for success in your new job.
